Records requested regarding who in the Council makes the decision as to what category requests for housing repairs go into, who sets the timescale and operational guidelines,what procedures are in place to get a review of a catgorisation of a tenant's request,procedures in place to appeal such decisions and whether tenants are advised of these procedures.
