I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 to request records relating to the procurement and use of materials and services for pothole repair and patching works. This request relates to pothole repair works carried out on all roads maintained by Tipperary County Council (local and regional roads). Information Requested Please provide copies of records for the most recent three (3) financial years (or as available) showing:The total quantity of pothole repair and patching materials purchased or used per year, including cold mix asphalt and hot macadam (in tonnes or number of bags, buckets, or any other container in which the material is acquired).The total annual expenditure (€) by Tipperary County Council on pothole repair and patching materials, including cold mix asphalt and hot macadam, per year.Any records, logs, or estimates held regarding waste, spoilage, or disposal of unused pothole repair materials regarding cold mix asphalt and hot macadam (for example, expired cold mix stock, leftover opened bags, unusable material, or unused hot macadam).The total annual cost (€) paid by Tipperary County Council to subcontractors for pothole repair works per year, and whether this cost includes the supply of repair materials (cold mix or hot macadam) or relates to labour-only services. If available, I would appreciate the above information in a simple annual summary table.
