Please also note: In an email previously released to me under FOI, Council official John Corry stated [on 7 March 2016] that the Council experienced delays in getting the supplier [ie Romaquip] to carry out the 'necessary works to the fleet, despite numerous reminders & our best efforts.' I am seeking those communications.
