• Copy of all documents, files, memos, letters, notes (hand-written or electronic), briefings and all information between officials in the Department of Climate, Environment and Communications, at the level of Principal Officer and above and the Minister for Climate, Environment and Communications and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regarding the plastic recycling in the period of 1st December 2021 and 29th February 2024; • Any e-mails, memos, letters or submissions and their attachments between officials in the Department of Climate, Environment and Communications at the level of Principal Officer and above regarding plastic recycling between December 2021 and February 2024 • Total number of Ireland's Packaging Recycling Rates and Packaging waste generation for 2022 and 2023. • A copy of any briefing documents, research papers, advisory papers, or explanatory documents on The Waste Action Plan for a Circular Economy (WAPCE) prepared for or by the Minister.
