I wish to request a list of standard concern detail relating to foster and residential children’s services operated by Tusla from 2021- 2022 Original Request Records of the number of complaints that HIQA received in 2021 and 2022 regarding Tusla’s handling of complaints and allegations of child abuse in foster care and residential centres • Records of the grievances and concerns were referred to HIQA in 2021 and 2022 regarding child services and the reasons why • A copy of the complaints that HIQA received in 2021 and 2022 regarding concerns over the way in which the child and family agency processes and investigates allegations and complaints.
