I understand that a consultation relating to the North/South FOi Code of Practice was launched in 2005 by Brian Cowen TD Minister of Finance ROI and Jeff Rooker MP Minister for The Office of the First and Deputy First Minister at the Northern Ireland Office. I understand that the consultation ran for 16 weeks and was circulated widely including to TDs and MLAs in Northern Ireland and the Information Commissioner’s from both the UK & ROI. I would be grateful, under FOI you could release a copy of the consultation document and responses.
