I would like to make a request under the Freedom Of Information Act regarding the following: 1. Can you advise please how many dormant accounts were registered with your office for the years 2014, 2015 & 2016. 2. Can you please provide the names and addresses of those persons whose policies have gone unclaimed for 2014, 2015, 2016.
