I would like to request any information your organisation holds that mentions a Concert Hall massacre that appears to have taken place in Beijing, in June, 1989. In particular, I would like copies of all telegrams that mention this event as well as any video footage you have of what occurred. If possible, I request that the video footage be sent to me in digital format. If this isn’t possible, we will come to Dublin to pick it up/digitise it if this is required. I also request copies of all telegrams, reports, and any other information held, concerning events in Beijing in 1989, that have not previously been released. This includes all information held by your embassy in Beijing, not just DFA itself.
