The townlands layer from the National Broadband Plan map https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/5634d-national-broadband-plan-map/ The layer data should include; 1) The geometry of each townland, along with the associated coordinate reference system of the layer. 2) The associated townland attribute data in the layer including, the associated unique townland identifier (either CSO or OSi), the associated townland name with any disambiguation information the associated county in which the townland is located, the associated total number of premises in the townland, the associated number of premises covered by the intervention in the townland, the associated number of premises covered by commercial operators in the townland. The layer should be supplied in a commonly used open GIS format (e.g., .shp, .geojson, .kml).
