Under the Freedom of Information Act I request the following records: A copy of the (i) the road safety audit, (ii) the traffic management plan and (ii) health and safety risk assessment and (iv) traffic risk assessment carried out by or on behalf of the OPW in relation to the use of the Celbridge Gate and/or Lime Tree Avenue for both vehicular and pedestrian access to Castletown House and Demesne. Scope of request 1st January 2022 to date of request. A copy of the current emergency plan and/or emergency services access plan for Castletown House to include drawings showing access routes. A copy of the fire safety audit and/or fire risk analysis and/or fire safety certificate for Castletown House to incl. maps or drawings of proposed fire brigade access routes. Records detailing the cost of the conservation work carried out on Castletown House incl. in particular the cost of the window conservation work. Scope: 1st January 2022 to date of request. Records detailing approved conservation work to Castletown House with details of cost of same.
