Documentation and information relating to all efforts and attempts made by this State through the office of the Minister for Justice or otherwise, to set up, establish and/ or put in place a panel of nominated registered medical practitioners pursuant to Section 23(3) of the International Protection Act 2015. 2. Documentation and information, including any list which has been complied in respect of a panel of nominated registered medical practitioners pursuant to Section 23(3) of the International Protection Act 2015. 3. Documentation and information relating to the selection and appointment process of nominated registered medical practitioners included on the panel established pursuant to Section 23 (3) of the International Protection Act 2015. 4. Documentation and information in relation to the system and/or process in place for the determination, by the Minister and/or International Protection Officer, of matters falling within and/or potentially falling within Section 23(1) of the International Protection Act 2015.
