FOI Relates to site visits to a property, by representatives from The Department as it relates to complaints made by third parties between the period 01/01/2018 to 31/12/2020. The information requested for each complaint is listed below: 1. Name of complainant. 2. Details of complaint including date. 3. Name of National Parks and Wildlife Service inspector and date and time of visit. 4. Notes / Observations / Photos taken during inspection. 5. Inspection reports or any other correspondence / documentation generated because of inspection visit. 6. Any actions taken because of inspection. 7. Any other documentation of which pertains to complaint / visit.
