 A copy of the most up-to-date version of the risk register(s) for the Department;  A copy of the last three internal audits carried out within the Department;  A copy of the last three audits of the organisation carried out by external auditors at the request of the department, a parent State body or any other arm of the Government or State [excluding Annual Report and Financial Statements];  A copy of the last three audits carried out by the department or commissioned by the department of any entities sitting below it, supported by it or funded by it;  A copy of the minutes of the last five audit and risk committee (ARC) meetings
