a copy of all records held by the council on the Kilbrickan site, which is earmarked for the proposed motorway plaza development and was later zoned and known as COM7. This includes a copy of all minutes of Ennis MD and full council workshops in relation to the zoning of this site during the making of and the adoption of the 2017 to 2023 Clare County Development Plan. It also includes a copy of the Chief Executive's Report referring to any submissions to the draft plan, any amendment and any final submission concerning COM7 during the statutory process for the drafting, making and adoption of the 2017 to 2023 Clare County Development Plan.
