I wish to request the following information and any files / records pertaining to the 'Request for Tender for Research Services Approaches to the Concept of Parental Alienation in Other Jurisdictions and Justice Action Plan action 76': • Who or what organisation is to provide the winning tender; • Any documentation regards the aforesaid winning tender; • How and when is the "public consultations" element of action 76 of the Justice Action Plan to be delivered i.e. "Undertake research into the approaches to parental alienation taken by other jurisdictions including public consultations"?
