I request all records related to the review of the MSS scheme and the outcome and recommendations. Please process my FOI request specific to the outcome of the review of the that was mentioned. Exact wording from received email below. "a mid-scheme review was to be undertaken to asses a number of factors, including the operation of and effectiveness of the scheme. This review was recently undertaken and recommendations are currently being prepared for government approval. It is expected that the eligibility for domestic Solar PV will be updated and expanded with the amendments made to the existing scheme for the start of 2024." I would like to know the process undertaken as part of this review. The group/groups involved in the review and also the recommendations from the review. Please also let me know when these recommendations were sent for government approval.
