Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA)

 The current number and list of HIQA registered designated centres for older people with HSE as the registered provider, not in compliance with Standard 25; Physical , that require works to be undertaken to ensure they fulfil the requirements of, and comply with Standard 25; Physical Environment, that have submitted ‘written, explicit, costed plans with timescales’ to HIQA as required per HIQA Regulatory Notice RN001/2013, with the ‘written, explicit, ………timescales’ per designated centre for completion of outstanding works required to ensure compliance, that have conditions of registration attached in respect of compliance with Standard 25; Physical Environment.  The specific list of conditions of registration attached in respect of compliance with Standard 25; Physical Environment for HIQA designated centres for older people with HSE as the registered provider.
