1 – Copies of all internal reports, briefing documents, minutes, notes, correspondence, emails etc relating to the accuracy level of the data held on the National Driver File and the National Vehicle File created during the 5-year period to Jan 1st, 2017. 2 – Copies of all correspondence to the British Department of Transport and their Minister, The Department of Environment (now Infrastructure) in Northern Ireland and their Minister, The head of the NVDF, the Road Safety Authority, An Garda and the Department of Justice to and from the Department of Transport relating to the accuracy level of the data held on the National Driver File and the National Vehicle File created during the 5-year period to Jan 1st, 2017. 3 – Copies of all correspondence between the British Department of Transport and their Minister, The Department of Environment (now Infrastructure) in Northern Ireland and their Minister, The head of the NVDF, the Road Safety Authority, An Garda the Department of Justice to and from the Department of Transport relating to the penalty point harmonisation project created during the 5- year period to Jan 1st, 2017. 4 - Copies of all correspondence between the British Department of Transport and their Minister, The Department of Environment (now Infrastructure) in Northern Ireland and their Minister, The head of the NVDF, the Road Safety Authority, in relation to and referencing the 2008 report compiled by the British Department of Transport “Increased co-operation on lesser road Traffic infringements – Final Report” between Jan 1st 2008 and Jan 1st 2012.
