I wish to make an FoI request under the 2014 act for all records in relation to the request in November 2019 by the Department of Housing Local Government and Heritage, Facilities, as to the suitability of putting a handrail on the opposite side of the staircase in the Custom House Dublin 1 pictured below in 2019 as part of the accident/incident investigation.
