I refer to the external review conducted by Ms Maura Quinn and to her Report provided to the Department of Health some considerable time ago. The Review concerned the intended secondment of the Chief Medical Officer, Dr Holohan, which was stood down on foot of the Taoiseach's intervention. The controversy was aired publicly, generating enormous public interest and concern over the debacle. Publication of the report was promised, but this has not happened thus far, to my knowledge. As the report is of great public interest, I hereby request a full copy including any correspondence from the author that accompanied or concerning the report. I also request a copy of the terms of reference for the review provided to Ms Quinn. In addition, I request copies of records of communications between the Minister for Health and his senior civil servants with members of the Oireachtas and Oireachtas Committees before, during and after the Report was delivered. I look forward to reading these records.
