I would be obliged if you would treat this communication as a Freedom of Information request of the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport for all records held by the Department, or any bodies or agencies under the Department's control, aegis or influence whether by statute or contract or otherwise, concerning an alleged incident on 13th September 2020 involving a group of kayakers off Bullock Harbour / Dalkey Island.
