Any order, request or execution of investigative measures that have been carried out under MLAs? Alternative measures to the EAW in the context of this project refer to alternative cross-border cooperation mechanisms, such as European Supervision Order (‘ESO’), European Investigation Order (‘EIO’) European Probation Order (‘EPO’) and Framework decision 2008/909/JHA on transfer of prisoners. Notwithstanding that Ireland has not opted into all of the relevant instruments, we are seeking information on whether the equivalent to such orders are nevertheless being made.
