I make this request under the Freedom of Information Acts. I refer to previous FOI request FOR- 0099-2023,I have discussed the request with Anne Cotterell and have decided to break up the request and submit new requests at intervals. With reference to the Greath Heath Common County Laois, In particular reference to the Abitration Settlement dated 3rd February 2017 between the Heath Commoners and the Heath Golf Club ,I request any plans,maps ,mapping points memos created since then by OPW or the Golf Club and submitted to OPW to show the boundaries of the golf course. Any correspondence from the Golf Club to OPW to deviate from or amend any of the terms of settlement since February 2017. Any correspondence from the Golf Club relating to the storage of timber and branches on the lands. All memos ,correspondence etc between Golf Club and OPW relating to new lease/licence created since 2017. This request relates to Portlaoise and Head office files.
