The date and location of any immigration control checks conducted on buses and trains during the relevant period. 3. The legal basis relied upon for requesting the identification of Irish national passengers on buses and trains. 4. The legal basis relied upon for requesting the identification of non- Irish national passengers on buses and trains. 5. The number of arrests made on foot of immigration control checks conducted on buses and trains during the relevant period. 6. The name and rank of the individual, or individuals, who authorised immigration control checks on trains and buses during the relevant
