I request copies of any and all correspondence, electronic and hard copy, from/to the Department of Defence and from/to the Departments of Finance, and Public Expenditure and Reform between the 1st January, 2011, and the 31st December, 2012 on the subject matter of the allowed Establishment Strength, Structure and number of Operational Formations (Brigades) of the Army element of the Defence Forces, particularly pertaining to the downsizing of Army Brigades from Three to Two.
