I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 to request access to the following records held by the Office of Public Works (OPW), covering the period from 1 January 2022 to the present: All correspondence, emails, memos, or briefing notes between the OPW and the Department of Justice, Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY), Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, or South Dublin County Council relating to planning status, Class 20F exemptions, or use of the Citywest Hotel & Conference Centre for accommodating international protection applicants. Any internal OPW legal guidance, memos, or administrative documents concerning the planning classification or exempted development status (Class 20F) of the Citywest site. Records of negotiations, contractual agreements, or legal advice regarding the duration, terms, or planning implications related to such use of the Citywest facility.
