Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht

I'm contacting every government Department to ask for answers, under Freedom of Information law, to the following two questions - 1) Does this Dept or has this Dept ever employed or contracted the services of Palantir for any government service? (For example, financial management, data and analytics etc)2) Does this Dept have contracts with or use the services of any of the priority boycott targets of the BDS movement? (Intel, Dell, Siemens, HP)
