1: Request all Portlaoise Governor's orders, Department of Justice records, emails, correspondences, and also Prison minutes generated as a result of meetings between senior management of Portlaoise Prison and senior military personnel in charge of Irish Military forces on guard duty in Portlaoise Prison in the 1970s, the 1980s. That agreed, allowed, and planned for shoot-to-kill, or shoot-to-injure, areas operated by the Irish Military forces guarding Portlaoise Prison. Including the forecourt area outside the South-end boundary wall adjacent to the main Dublin to Cork and Limerick Road in the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s. 2: Request all Portlaoise Governor's orders, Department of Justice records, emails, correspondences, and also Prison minutes generated as a result of meetings between senior management of Portlaoise Prison and senior military personnel in charge of Irish Military forces on guard duty in Portlaoise Prison in the 1970s, the 1980s and 1990s. Where Portlaoise Prison Officers were fired upon by soldiers on guard duty whilst they were performing their duties in any incident/incidents. 3: Request all Portlaoise Governor's orders, Department of Justice records, emails, correspondences, and also Prison minutes generated as a result of meetings between senior management of Portlaoise Prison and senior military personnel in charge of Irish Military forces on guard duty in Portlaoise Prison in the 1970s, the 1980s, and 1990s. This would preclude a member of Portlaoise Prison's senior management from ordering subordinate prison staff into the forecourt area as described in request 1 above without following the agreed standard operating practice or procedures of notifying the Irish military on duty on a specified date. 4: Request all Portlaoise Governor's orders, Department of Justice records, emails, correspondences, and also Prison minutes generated as a result of meetings between senior management of Portlaoise Prison and senior military personnel in charge of Irish Military forces on guard duty in Portlaoise Prison in the 1970s, the 1980s and 1990s. Where the Irish Military forces on guard duty in Portlaoise Prison were allowed to shoot to kill or shoot to injure to prevent an escape in the grounds of Portlaoise Prison. 5: Request all Portlaoise Governor's orders, Department of Justice records, emails, correspondences, and also Prison minutes generated as a result of meetings between senior management of Portlaoise Prison and senior military personnel in charge of Irish Military forces on guard duty in Portlaoise Prison in the 1970s, the 1980s, and 1990s. Of agreed standard operating procedures (SOP) and practices to be followed by Prison Officer personnel up to Governor grade. When informing the Irish Military forces on guard duty at Portlaoise Prison of an intention to enter restricted areas outside the North, South, East, and West boundary walls of Portlaoise Prison. 6: Records of all Portlaoise Governors Orders duly signed in the Governors Order book of Portlaoise Prison as having been read and understood by a named individual as per standard operating procedure (SOP) up to and including on a specified date.
