​All records in the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government 's possession or procurement relating to the following matters insofar as they relate to the tribunal of Inquiry into Certain Planning Matters and Payments a) The wind down of the Tribunal and any arrangements to be made for the treatment of relevant evidence received by the Tribunal as defined by Sc 44 of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011. b) Any indications by the Tribunal's Chairman made pursuant to sc 46(1) of that Act c) Any notice thereafter served by the Minister pursuant to sc 46 (1) or (2) of that Act d) Any opinion and reasons given to the Minister by the Tribunal's Chairman pursuant to Sc 46 (4) of that Act e) Any consents given by the Minister to the Tribunal's chairman, pursuant to Sc 46 (5) of that Act. f) Any expression of satisfaction by the Tribunal's Chairman pursuant to Sc 46 (5) (a) of that Act. g) Any record prepared by the tribunal's chairman pursuant to Sc 46 (b) of that Act. h) Any consent given by the minister to the Tribunal's Chairman pursuant to Sc 46 (6) (b) (i) of that Act. i) Any record prepared by the tribunal Chairman pursuant to Sc 46 (6) (b) (ii) (l) of that Act.
