I am seeking information with regards to a license granted by OPW to Shared access to erect 3G & 4G antennas on the existing mast at Buncrana Garda station, McCarter's Rd, Ardravan, Buncrana. I would like to get a copy of the license. Also can you give me specific details as to the related paragraphs or articles in legislation that deals with the planning and development of telecommunication equipment and in particular this development. It could be that the license comes under exempted development. If so can you give me details with regard specific legislation. Also can you give me details European legislation that deals with this type of development. Finally can you explain what recourse, if any, I have to object to this development on grounds of health, danger and devaluing my property. I and a number of residents live 100 meters away from the mast.
