I am applying under the Freedom of information act 2014 for a copy of any Health and Safety statement/policy that exists for Lime Avenue in Castletown House, Celbridge, Co. KILDARE. For clarification, this is the pedestrian avenue from Castletown House to Celbridge. I am applying for a copy of the Risk Assessment carried out (if any) in relation to vehicles, driving on the avenue with pedestrians,vulnerable people, and any people with limited mobility. I also request a copy of the minutes of any meetings where the use of Lime Avenue for vehicles was discussed.
