I am making a Freedom of Information request for the following records: • Copies of correspondence related to the Occupied Territories Bill to/from then-Minister for Foreign Affairs Micheál Martin, current Minister for Foreign Affairs Simon Harris and secretary general Joseph Hackett. • The correspondence could be to/from (but not limited to the following): • Multinational organisations; • Business representative groups • IDA Ireland • Enterprise Ireland • Foreign Governments/embassies. I am also seeking: • Copies of the minutes of any meetings involving Mr Martin, Mr Harris and Mr Hackett where the Occupied Territories Bill was discussed. The time period can be limited to 1/10/2024 and 6/2/2025.
