I am requesting information under the Freedom of Information Act in relation to the procurement of contractor service at 'A Pilot Event' held at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham on July 3rd 2021. Specifically can you show evidence of the tendering process for the provision of the antigen testing service and the provision of fencing and other physical barriers at the event. Please provide documented evidence of the tendering process itself and submitted tenders for both successful and unsuccessful bids to provide these services.
