What criteria are used to determine eligibility of a group, individual, NGO? How are such Independent Committees formed and approved? Specifically relating to the Independent Anti-Racism can you list the persons/group/NGOs etc and who and why they were invited to participate on Committee, this committee and others Did any participants, individuals or groups in the past or currently, who specifically were on the Anti-Racism Committee, receive government funds.
