National Transport Authority (NTA) Having regard to the NTA's decision to cease the operation of the bus stops at both Mountjoy Square & InisFallen Parade [Route 103 to Ratoath]: 1. The Business Case on which the cessation decision was taken , including the cost-benefit evaluation undertaken. 2. In the context of the social obligations of the NTA , the evaluation of the social costs resulting from the cessation decision, with particular reference to its adverse impact on the passenger demographic which used the two bus stops in question , notably the elderly & young persons/ teenagers. 3. The risk assessment undertaken in relation to the decision, including records regarding consultation with the local Garda at Fitzgibbon Street & Store Street in relation to the risks inherent for those using the two stops in question now having to walk to Beresford Place &/or Broadstone & Phibsborough Shopping Centre, in particular during times of darkness.
