Under the FOI Act 2014, I request records held by the Department of Public Expenditure & Reform relating to John McNulty and/or state board appointment reforms from 1 January – 31 December 2020. Records sought: 1. Briefing notes, memos, or submissions referencing John McNulty in the context of state board appointments. 2. Internal correspondence or emails concerning reforms or reviews of board appointment procedures in 2020, where McNulty’s name appears. 3. Meeng minutes, schedules, or notes discussing potenal reforms, polical sensivies, or lessons learned from McNulty’s 2014 IMMA appointment. 4.
