1. A database/spreadsheet/record of all complaints made about the IPO in the most recent twelve month period for which it is available. This record to include the date of the complaint, the categorisation of the complaint, a brief line description of the complaint, and the status of the complaint. 2. A copy of the actual complaints (anonymised) made in the most recent quarter of the above period.
