Louth County Council

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I request access to the following records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by Louth County Council: • A list of all former county councillors who are due to receive retirement gratuities following the local elections in May 2024. • A list of former councillors who were in receipt of gratuity payments due to vacating their seats in the period between the 2019 and 2024 local elections. • A list of any other former councillors who were in receipt of gratuity payments between the 2019 and 2024 local elections. • The amount that each individual councillor has received or is due to receive in their retirement gratuity. My preferred form of access is to receive copies of the records via email. I am happy and willing to receive my information in Microsoft Excel format. I would also appreciate if you could differentiate between payments that were paid and those due to be paid. For any due to be paid, please outline when it is anticipated that they will be made. I would also like to know how much time each of these councillors served on the council. Where sensitive information that cannot be released under the Freedom of Information Act is an issue, I am willing to receive redacted information.
