I request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, the total number of Bovine whole carcasses, the total number of Bovine part carcasses that were condemned unfit for human consumption in all the DAFM approved Bovine meat plants in Ireland from the 14/12/2019 to the 31/12/2023.
