I seek a breakdown of all fixed payment notices issued under Section 10B of the Waste Management Act 1996 - as amended by the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015. For the avoidance of doubt I am seeking details that relate to offences under Section 34 of the 1996 Act. This should include, if available, the number of notices, date, amount fined, permit number or type (if available) and reason (if captured). I am aware that some or all of the information sought may not be captured. On that basis I am willing to revise the wording and accept any reasonable revision which would serve the purpose of focusing on the most relevant information while at the same time keeping the workload for the Council to a minimum. Under Section 17 of the Act I would request the release of all material in electronic form.
