All details relating to Cnoc Fraoigh, Bearna and its inclusion in the National Taking in Charge and/or Unfinished Housing initiatives, including: Details on surveys, costings, progress reports etc on sewage treatment plant and finishing the estate including dates and people/bodies responsible, Communications with stakeholders including owners/developers, Irish Water, residents and other bodies that are relevant Whether any payments or part-payments have been applied for or received by the Council in relation to the Cnoc Fraoigh estate as part of these initiatives Details on the current status of the estate – is funding available, is it considered “active”, “substantially complete”, “occupied unfinished”, have enforcement proceedings been initiated, What bond/security is available, what actions have been taken to call it in, what work is considered necessary for the estate to be taken in charge Details of any site resolution process, and if it is part of a developer – led resolution Details of how the council followed the Stakeholders code of Practice, specifically in the areas: 5.3 ©Communicate and provide information to residents locally. (h) Provide information that is available on the planning files, part V status, any enforcement or other notices served, action being taking in relation to development bonds.
