Rules/Policies regarding issues arising for tenants/Housing Assistance Payment tenants etc,when the Residential Tenancies Board favour they must vacate property for breach of tenancy and the Council maintain they be struck off the Housing List for 2 years.All policies regarding Council tenants and approved housing bodies that houses are transferred to by the Council.
