Re: I wish to request the information listed below under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. A list of all residential units identified by NAMA as potentially suitable Social Housing and offered to Galway City & Co Co for intended use as social housing since Jan. 2011 including the following information: a) the location/address and a description of the residential units identified and offered to Galway City & Co Co (eg. Whether the properties/units offered were apartments, houses etc.) b) the number of units offered at each location/address c) whether these units were deemed suitable for use as social housing by Galway City & CoCo (i.e. whether they were demand confirmed) d) if the properties/units offered were not deemed suitable/or the local authority did not confirm a demand for the properties offered, the reason given for this; e) whether the units have been transferred/delivered to local authority ownership for use as social housing via purchase, whether they are being leased via NARPS or otherwise.
