Directions or other instructions provided to INIS and other staff employed at the Burgh Quay Registration Office, relating to: Extensions of a temporary Stamp 4 permission for persons who have a pending EU Treaty Rights application for which a decision has been delayed, specifically: Is there a specific timeframe in which people must apply for an extension (e.g. 2 weeks before expiration, one month before expiration, etc.) Is there a limit in how many times an extension will be granted (i.e. if an extension is granted and at the expiration of that extension a decision has still not been made by EU Treaty Rights, will another extension be granted?) If no further extension is permitted, what considerations were taken by the Minister or their designees in determining if these instructions are in compliance with the EU Directive 2004/38/EC and European Court of Justice case law permitting individuals to remain in the State until such time as a decision on their application is reached?
