In relation to information and document security; In relation to the protection of personal data and the security of processing of personal data; In relation to the storage and/or security and/or confidentiality of oral and affidavit evidence; In relation to the retention by staff (both employees and those engaged under contracts for services) of information and/or documentation obtained and collected in the course of the work of the Commission; In relation to the section 11 of the Commission of Investigation Act 2004. All records relating to written policies, processes and procedures of the Commission of Investigation (Mother and Baby Homes and Certain Related Matters)In relation to information and document security; In relation to the protection of personal data and the security of processing of personal data; In relation to the storage and/or security and/or confidentiality of oral and affidavit evidence. In relation to section 11 of the Commission of Investigation Act 2004;In relation to the retention by staff (both employees and those engaged under contracts for services) of information and/or documentation obtained and collected in the course of the work of the Commission. All records relating to the auditing of information, document security, security of processing, protection of personal data and storage of personal date of the Commission of Investigation (Mother and Baby Homes and Certain Related Matters). All records relating to any undertakings (whether set out in contacts of employment, contracts for services or otherwise) sought and received from staff (including both employees and those to be engaged under contracts for services) regarding the usage, including restrictions upon usage, of information and/or documentation obtained and collected in the course of the work of the Commission of Investigation (Mother and Baby Homes and Certain Related Matters).
