I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 for copies of submissions made to the consultation, conducted by DPER about the FOI Act in 2022. This request covers both phases of the consultation.This request also extends to attachments to submissions, where the case may be. Please bear in mind the restrictions to the exemption of records under Section 29(1)(deliberative process) as outlined in subsection (2) of the Section.
