​Re: Abbey Street Car Park, Clonmel All correspondence with the grant body concerning the award of funding to develop the car park. This to include all e-mails, letters, application forms and presentations made while applying for the funding with the Arts Council. • Copies of minutes of Council Meetings discussing the proposed development of the car park, and in particular minutes of meetings (Council or internal) that document the decision to proceed with the project. • Copies of all correspondence / consultation with local businesses that would be affected by the works in question. • Copies of the planning application for the project. • Copies of the documents that were sent out as part of the tender process. • The awarding contract issued to Suirside Construction • A full breakdown of the financial costs of the project, with costings and financial penalties to be imposed if the project goes over time. • Any other documentation / e-mails etc. relevant to the above named project.​
