: 1) The make up of the Board for planning applications PL245912 and PL28.24591 and whether any members of that Board declared a conflict of interest? 2) Any correspondence from the Applicants in the above two applications correcting the recording and confirming that they misled the Board. 3) The Process/documents/procedures the Bord invokes when it becomes clear that post decision that the Bord has been misled. There may not even be a process? I would be particularly interested in internal Bord documents/correspondence concerning the two above applications. 4) How many times have Board members visited sites at night time (9pm – 3am in particular) as part of inspection visits for student accommodation (either new developments or extensions of existing developments).
