(a) records which show the volume of investigations ('concerns') closed when an entity is engaging with the Charities Regulator with regard to the registration process, but before a decision has been taken on whether to grant charitable status (total volume by year for the last 5 years) (versus investigations ('concerns') closed after a decision has been taken on whether to grant charitable status, total volume by year for the last 5 years) (volume of decisions to grant versus decisions to refuse for all entities which had a concern closed before a decision was taken as to charitable status) (b) the procedure guide for the Compliance Team that investigate and close investigations ('concerns')
