Access to records that relate to conferences, training and Other events attended by certain Councillors. In relation to each of the events listed below attended by certain Councillors: a. Copies of the Travel and Subsistence Claim forms b. Copies of any accompanying receipts submitted in support of the Travel and Subsistence Claims forms c. Copies of any Other supporting/relevant documentation related to the list of events expensed by those Councillors specified, including the forms submitted by each Councillor known as the 'declaration by a person claiming expenses' d. In the case of Conferences/Training, copies of the required Conference/Training reports, submitted by the attending Councillors, as per their statutory requirements under section 142 of the Local Government Act.
